She’s a girl and she just made Eagle Scout: She’s Isabella Tunney of Minnesota, one of the first group of almost 1000 female Scouts to win the coveted rank in the Boy Scouts of America. She’s only 16 and she’s already earned all 137 merit badges; 21 are required. High school girls could become Scouts as of 2019; about 100,000 have joined the boys so far.
