There is a massive black hole at the center of our home constellation the Milk Way, and scientists are just now finding out about it – showing it wasn’t easy to get this photo, released 12 May. It is 4,000,000 times bigger than our sun. It’s that big black spot halfway between Sagittarius and Scorpio constellations, which are lit up. This photo is a composite of images from 8 synchronized radio telescopes located around the world – er, planet Earth.
