Haitians Flee for Dominican, PR.7th Coast Guard District

With government dysfunctional, gang violence rising and food ever scarcer, Haitians are fleeing east to the Dominican Republic, which shares their island, hoping to get across the treacherous Mona Passage to get to Puerto Rico. (Seventh U.S. Coast Guard District)
