Shattuck-St. Mary’s School is a Church-related boarding school in Faribault, Minnesota founded as a seminary by the missionary priest James Lloyd Breck in 1858, and reorganized by the first Bishop of Minnesota Henry Whipple in 1860. It was the scene in 2019 of a retreat for transitional deacons in the diocese, including our own Tom Roy, prior to their ordination as priests.
